Q: What benefits come with the Basic Explorer tier?
A: Basic Explorer members get free access to the public one-page site, sample stories, maps, curated content, and can comment or “like” stories. They also receive newsletters and updates, but interactivity is limited.
Q: What additional features do Growth Seekers get?
A: Growth Seekers have all Basic Explorer features plus the ability to submit stories, images, and videos, use advanced map filters and interactive storytelling tools, access a contributor dashboard, and get early access to new features and content.
Q: What makes the Empathy Leader tier special?
A: Empathy Leaders enjoy all Growth Seeker benefits plus full access to exclusive stories and analytics dashboards, API access for research/education, contributor recognition, invitations to VIP events, ad-free experience, and exclusive webinars and interviews.
Q: Who is the Research / Academic membership for?
A: This tier is designed for researchers and academics, providing all Empathy Leader features plus bulk data access, API querying, and collaboration tools for co-authoring projects.
Q: What does the Partner Organization membership include?
A: Intended for NGOs, companies, schools, and institutions, this tier includes branding on the site, custom dashboards, and bulk licenses for users or employees.
Q: What is the Lifetime / VIP Membership?
A: A one-time payment for permanent premium access, special recognition on the map and contributor wall, access to exclusive events and workshops, with membership activating at the official launch in January 2026.
