Q: What is The Empathy Atlas?
A: The Empathy Atlas is a global initiative to map human emotions and stories across cultures and generations—connecting people through empathy, storytelling, and innovation.
Q: What kinds of roles are available?
A: We’re recruiting across multiple areas, including:
- Executive & Leadership: (CEO, COO, CMO, CTO, etc.)
- Technology & IT: (developers, system admins, security, UX/UI, interactive designers)
- Creative & Content: (writers, editors, designers, translators, videographers)
- Marketing & Outreach: (social media, SEO, business development, community reps)
- Operations & Support: (administrators, moderators, event hosts, accountants)
- Specialized Roles: (mental health consultants, podcast producers, researchers)
Q: Do I need to be a paying member to apply?
A: Yes. Applicants must commit to at least the Growth Seeker membership ($25/year). This is a one-time obligation.
Q: Can I apply for more than one role?
A: Absolutely. You’re welcome to apply for multiple positions that match your skills, interests, and experience.
Q: Are these paid positions or volunteer roles?
A: Some positions (especially leadership and specialized roles) may evolve into paid opportunities as funding grows. Many early-stage roles will begin as collaborative or volunteer-based to help shape the platform before its global launch.
Q: How do I apply?
Applications are open on The Empathy Atlas website. You’ll be asked to share your background, areas of interest, and vision for contributing to the project.
Q: Do I need specific experience to apply?
A: Not always. While some roles (like CTO, CFO, or legal counsel) require professional expertise, others (like community outreach, moderators, storytellers, or ambassadors) are open to anyone passionate about empathy, storytelling, and cultural connection.
Q: When does the team officially begin work?
A: Team formation has already begun with the development, and we will be beta testing throughout 2025.
